1. What AggreGate is
AggreGate is an API gateway that proxies your requests to third-party AI model providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, and others) using a single OpenAI-compatible endpoint. We charge a per-token rate that includes the upstream provider cost and our margin.
By creating an account or sending a request through api.aggregate.surf, you agree to these terms.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction.
- You may not use AggreGate if you are barred from receiving services under the laws of the United States or the European Union.
- You are responsible for ensuring your use of upstream models complies with each provider's own terms.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use AggreGate to:
- Generate content that violates the upstream provider's usage policy (CSAM, targeted harassment, illegal weapons instructions, etc.).
- Send traffic intended to probe, scan, or attack AggreGate infrastructure or upstream providers.
- Resell the service under your own brand without a separate written agreement.
- Share API keys outside your organization. Each key should belong to a single environment or service.
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, billing, or the circuit breaker via key rotation or account multiplication.
We reserve the right to suspend keys or accounts that violate this section, with refund of any unused prepaid balance per Section 6.
4. Your API keys and security
- Keys are issued with the prefix
sk-ag-and shown once at creation. We store only a SHA-256 hash. - You are responsible for keeping keys secret. Any request authenticated with your key is billed to your account.
- If a key is leaked, revoke it from the dashboard immediately. We can dispute charges on a leaked key only if you revoke it before the charges occur.
5. Billing
- Pay-as-you-go. You prepay a balance via fiat (Platega) or crypto (Telegram CryptoBot). Each request debits your balance based on the model and token count, at the rate listed on the pricing page at the moment of the request.
- Subscriptions and token packages. Optional. Provide a monthly token budget at a lower per-token rate. The wallet draws down the subscription period first, then any token package, then your pay-as-you-go balance, in that order.
- Prices may change with at least 14 days' notice by email. Active subscription periods are honoured at their purchase price until renewal.
6. Refunds
- Unused prepaid balance is refundable to the original payment method, less any non-recoverable processor fees, within 90 days of the original top-up.
- Token usage already consumed is non-refundable.
- Active subscription periods may be cancelled at any time to stop auto-renewal. The current period remains active until its end date and is not pro-rated.
- If we suspend your account for breach of Section 3, we refund unused balance only if the breach was inadvertent and the violating traffic has stopped.
7. Availability
We target 99.9% monthly uptime. AggreGate is a proxy: when an upstream provider is degraded, we fail over to a healthy channel where possible. We do not guarantee that any specific model will always be available — upstream providers may deprecate or restrict models on their own schedule.
Scheduled maintenance is announced at least 48 hours in advance by email to all active accounts.
8. Data handling
Prompt and response bodies are not stored. Only metadata (model, token count, latency, status) is logged. See the Privacy Policy for the full breakdown.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that model outputs are accurate, complete, non-infringing, or suitable for any particular purpose. AI models hallucinate. Do not deploy outputs to safety-critical systems without independent verification.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AggreGate's total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid AggreGate in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
11. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may terminate or suspend service for breach of Section 3, fraud, chargeback abuse, or extended account inactivity (over 24 months with zero balance).
12. Changes to these terms
Material changes will be emailed to all active accounts at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's registered jurisdiction. Disputes that cannot be resolved by good-faith negotiation will be submitted to binding arbitration in that jurisdiction.
